So far, Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment has focused all promotional materials concerning Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on the feud and eventual showdown between the two iconic characters. But with the release of the latest banner (below), things have changed.

The new banner, which showcases the two titular heroes in a far less confrontational pose, and with Batman in his traditional cape and cowl and not in his battle armor. While the two are still facing off with one another, this does seem to indicate what we all know: at some point Superman and Batman will at least become partners, if not outright friends and allies.

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is in theaters on March 25.

Was there ever a time you didn’t foresee that as the main outcome? Not to mention this has been openly discussed by literally EVERYONE else since the title of the film was announced. SO you are either plagiarizing, just waking up from a 2 year coma, or are so bad at your job that this is the best you could come up with.
